Director

Adrian has over 25 years of experience in energy project development, advisory, finance, and asset management. His portfolio includes more than 7,000 MW of energy generation capacity across thermal projects comprising gas turbine and coal-fired plants, in addition to renewable energy developments such as large-scale solar (LSS), hydro, and waste-to-energy (WTE) projects.

He has been closely involved in the structuring, negotiation, and execution of key project agreements including Power Purchase Agreements (PPA), Gas Supply Agreements (GSA), Coal Supply and Transportation Agreements (CSTA), Project Management Agreements (PMA), Operations and Maintenance (O&M) contracts, and Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSA). His experience also covers construction management, testing and commissioning, and long-term operational oversight of power assets.

Beyond his expertise in contracts and project development, Adrian played a key role in the issuance of over RM 20 billion in independent power producer (IPP) bonds and sukuk, serving as issuer representative and technical lead throughout due diligence and financial close processes.

Adrian is a Kuok Foundation Scholar and holds a First-Class Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT), Australia.

Wei Gin has over a decade of experience in the development, execution, and commercial management of power and infrastructure projects. His background covers the full lifecycle of Independent Power Producer (IPP) and Solar Power Producer (SPP) initiatives, including feasibility studies, financial modelling, contract negotiations, project deliveries, and operational asset management.

He has been involved in power projects across various technologies and regulatory structures, including thermal power plants, coal-fired power plants and market mechanisms such as the Large-Scale Solar (LSS), New Enhanced Dispatch Arrangement (NEDA), and the Corporate Green Power Programme (CGPP). His work includes structuring and evaluating Power Purchase Agreements (PPA), assessing investment feasibility, arranging project financing, and supporting engagements with corporate buyers and regulatory stakeholders.

Wei Gin holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and a suite of professional qualifications and certifications, including Fellow Chartered Management Accountant (FCMA), Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) and Chartered Manager Fellow (CMgr FCMI) from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), as well as Financial Modelling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA®) and Business Intelligence & Data Analyst (BIDA®) certifications from the Corporate Finance Institute (CFI).
